Our store cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to informing users in a timely manner about their unavailability. ORDERS
Making purchases through the e-shop of the IKITSOS store. GR is the conclusion of a distance sales contract, regulated by the legislative framework of Law 2251/1994, as amended. You can order through the online, ordering process.
Order Entry
Upon placing an order, you are immediately informed by e-mail about the registration of your order. On the first working day after the registration of an order, the service department of the e-shop checks the availability of the items ordered.
The IKITSOS store. GR cannot guarantee the availability of the displayed products. However, it is committed to informing users in a timely manner about their availability.
The confirmation and final acceptance of your order is prepared by the company in working days and hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 15:00.
Individual cases of progress of your order, depending on the availability of the products:
Case with the possibility of total acceptance and execution of the order
If after checking stock availability, it is found that all items of the order exist, the relevant e-mail is sent to you, to confirm and accept your order.
Then the amount blocked during the registration of the order is collected from your credit card. A check is made between the available balance of your credit card, at the given time, and the amount of your order. If the available balance of your credit card is greater than the amount of your order, then the execution of the order can proceed and you are informed by email.
If the available balance of your credit card is less than the amount of your order, then you will be informed about the inability to execute your order by e-mail, but also by telephone communication from a partner of the e-shop’s service department.
At the stage of shipping the products, you are informed about how their transportation is progressing. The code number of the courier company that accompanies your order during shipment is sent to you, so that by referring to this number, through the courier company, you can track the progress of the shipment. The receipt of your order takes place within 3-5 working days from its acceptance.
If for any reason, such as force majeure, transport problems, etc., there is a delay, the courier company will contact you. All necessary procedures are described in the text below, regarding the tracking & receipt of the order.
Your purchase is completed with the delivery of the products. The final document, retail receipt or invoice will be given to you upon receipt.
Possibility of partial acceptance of the order
If there are no balances available for some of the items included in your order, you will receive an informative e-mail informing you about the items that can be executed. In addition, a partner from the e-shop service will contact you to inform you about it.
If there is your consent, which will be provided by a relevant e-mail, to our company for a partial change of your order, we will send you from our side, the relevant e-mail, accepting your modified order, while the next stage is the refund of the difference in the amount of the charge, to your credit card. Otherwise, that is, where you will not want the partial execution of your order, and for this wish you must send us the relevant e-mail stating that you do not wish to proceed with the shipment of your modified order, in order to cancel the order altogether and make a total refund of the charge from your credit card.
The same procedure of stock control and communication – information with the consumer applies in the case of payment by cash on delivery.
Case of total inability to accept an order
In case your entire order is not confirmed, due to lack of stock, an e-mail will be sent to you for your information. In addition, for your better and immediate information, our partner from the service department of the e-shop, will also contact you by phone.
Also, a relevant e-mail is sent and you are informed about the cancellation of the reservation of the money from your credit card.
Tracking & receiving your order

In case of inability to deliver on the first day, due to the absence of the recipient, he will contact by phone and leave a notification (SMS or sticker that will be affixed in a visible place at the entrance of your home), while seeking delivery, the next working day.

PAYMENT METHODS
With any Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Electron, American Express, debit or prepaid credit card. Cash on delivery.
By choosing a credit card payment method, the amount corresponding to the value of your order is blocked by the bank from your credit limit. At this stage the amount is not deducted from your card and no payment is made to our store.
SHIPPING METHODS
The products can be sent to you anywhere within the Greek Territory and in particular to the place you have indicated to us in the Order Form by courier service.
Shipments will be made daily, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

PAYMENT SECURITY

ISSUE OF INVOICE
Regardless of the payment method, there is the option of issuing a retail receipt or invoice. An invoice is issued to companies and freelancers, if they fill in the following information when ordering: company name, VAT number, Tax Office and profession for freelancers. Check the correctness of the issuance details of your receipt or invoice before completing your order. It is forbidden to receive the order from a third party unless the buyer authorizes a third party in writing. And in the case of written authorization, the authorized person must show the above documents in order to complete the delivery of the products made by credit card.
RETURNS
Right of Withdrawal
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw and return the products at your charge, as long as you follow the following procedure:
You have the right to withdraw from the sales contract within an exclusive period of 14 days, from the day you or a third party indicated by you received the products.
Within the above deadline you must inform the company in writing (IKITSOS. GR, based in Volos, and address: PAGASON 119C Volos, tel.2421048785 e-mail: info@IKITSOS.GR, for your decision to withdraw from the contract, by sending a clear statement of withdrawal. You must also inform us in writing of all the necessary information about the bank account to which you will be credited with the money of the returned purchase, in case you paid by cash on delivery.
In case you submit your statement of withdrawal electronically, we will send you a message without delay confirming the receipt of your statement.
Within 14 days from the day of sending – in any way – your statement of withdrawal to the IKITSOS store. GR, you must return the products. This deadline is considered to have been met if you send back the products before its expiration (14 days).
The costs of returning the products are borne by you, as well as the responsibility in case of loss or destruction, during transport.
If you wish to use the courier company we work with for the return of the products and which delivered your order, the return costs will be deducted from the amount that will be returned to you. Contact SPEEDEX for the receipt of the returned products, stating that the charge for the return of your purchase will be made at the IKITSOS.GR store.
However, we are entitled to delay the refund until we receive the products back and check their condition, which should be excellent, as it was when they were shipped. Upon receipt of the returned products, the IKITSOS store. GR will carry out a check of their status. The returned products must be unused (except for testing them to confirm the correct number) and be in the excellent condition in which you received them, both themselves, as well as their packaging materials and special markings (tags). The quality of the product packaging again is your responsibility.
You are responsible for any reduction in the value of the products resulting from your own improper handling.
Missing, damaged, damaged, soiled items, which we objectively evaluate as having been used, will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.

Return of incorrect or defective products

Upon receipt of the returned product, the IKITSOS store. GR will check its condition and determine the defect or error in the execution of the order.
In order for the return of the product(s) to be accepted, it must be unused(s) (except for testing them to certify the correct number) and be in the condition in which you received it(s), both the same(s), as well as its packaging materials and their special markings (tags). After the above check and if there is an established error or defect, IKITSOS. GR will approve the return.
In case you do not wish to replace the product or it is not possible due to lack of availability of the product, we will refund its value. This amount will be paid to you depending on your payment method. The exact process follows in the next “Refunds” section.
Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned item, the process of approving the return begins. The products are checked for compliance with the aforementioned terms and conditions.
If the return is accepted, you will be informed by e-mail about the refund of your money depending on your original payment method.
The company makes the refund provided for in accordance with the above, using the same means of payment as those you used in your initial transaction.
Refunds for cash on delivery
The refund of your money will be made to the account number that you will tell us in the e-mail with the request of info@ikitsos.gr return.
