Returns Policy

You have the right to return the entire order or part of it, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted, as long as all of the following apply:

1. The purchase must have been made exclusively from our online store (online or by phone).
2. The product(s) must be in its original condition(s) and the special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) have not been removed.
3. The return package must include the return formand the corresponding retail receipt. Without the sales document – retail receipt it is impossible to change any product or refund.
